Kauniisti remontoitu 3000sq / ft, 4 vuode 3 kylpy mökki rauhallisella Dawsonville Lake Lanier naapurustossa. PysÀköinti on mahdollista korkeintaan 6 autolle. Upouusi keskussaaren uusi keittiö, jossa on kvartsi-työtasot, uudet laitteet ja jÀrvinÀköala. PÀÀtasolla on 2 makuuhuonetta, joissa molemmissa on king-size-vuoteet. PÀÀllikön ensimmÀinen taso on hÀmmÀstyttÀvÀn kunnostettu master-kylpyamme, jossa on "mÀrkÀtila" suihku / vapaasti seisova ammeyhdistelmÀ. Mestari tarjoaa nÀkymÀn jÀrvelle, jossa on yksityinen pÀÀsy kannelle, jossa voit istua aamukahvisi. Ruokasali avautuu keittiöön ja istuimet 10-12 ja tarjoaa nÀkymÀt vedelle. Lovely home. Easy access from GA 400. Proximity to nearby shops/dinning is a plus. Covered parking for two cars. Great assortment of outdoor furniture and places to sit/gather. Quiet and sizable cove was wonderful to kayak with the provided kayaks. Abundant large windows with natural light. Overall a very nice home.

The property has a beautiful view on a quiet part of the lake. The home is impeccably maintained with comfortable beds and linens and a very well stocked kitchen. Porches and seating areas are ample and create lots of different spots to relax and make great memories. Double deck boat dock has boat in the slip, but you can tie your boat alongside with no issues. Water can be a little shallow at low pool on the lake but still adequate to dock your boat. Hot tub was great and very clean. 10/10 will come back again!

Great cozy lake house. Perfect for dogs! Extra blankets on the couches and plenty of dog towels. Our dogs loved swimming in the lake and the little trail walk down to the dock was the perfect private potty area for them. Will definitely be back!

This lake house is beautiful and perfectly appointed! All of the extras were there, including supplies like paper towels, foil, dog bowls, second fridge, phone chargers, laundry soap, etc., etc. They even greeted us with some sweets! If you wondered if you need to bring it, the answer is no, as they will have it there! :)Thank you for opening your home; we had an awesome Labor Day weekend with family, friends, and our dog Bailey too!

Beautiful home and location

To start, this was by far the best stocked VRBO I've ever stayed in! The home is on a lakefront lot on a very quiet cove. Very clean and all of the little things like soap, extra trash bags, paper products, storage containers. The home and dock stood up well to the freak storm that affected all of the neighbors' docks. The owner was very understanding about the lack of power due to the storm and had flashlights and batteries available.

Great home for a family!

The house was clean and well stocked with all the things you need such as trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc. The outdoor space was wonderful as we spent a great deal of time on both deck areas and the dock. The walk to the dock was very easy. Our family kayaked and fished in the cove. We were able to keep our boat tied up to the dock all week, which was so nice. The cove has so many turtles, which were so fun to watch and feed our leftover corn on the cob too :) Stephanie was a wonderful host and communication with her leading up to and during our stay was wonderful. We had 7 adults, 2 kids and a dog, and had plenty of room for everyone. Would highly recommend this property!

Beautiful view from deck, nice quiet area

The first thing I noticed when I walked in was the cleanliness of the house and its amenities. They have basically everything you need--bring your own coffee pods. I enjoyed waking up every morning and sitting on the deck where it is peaceful and has a GREAT view of the lake. There are lots of stairs, so could be a bit difficult for older folks, but there are two nice bedrooms on first floor and two more on lower level, so doable for all ages. It was overall a great stay.

Amazing Lake Vacation

We had such a great time. The home had everything we needed for an amazing vacation. The kitchen was fully stocked to cook all our meals and even a brand new grill. The home was right on the lake in a quiet little cove but only 10 mins from all Walmart, Publix’s, or restaurants if you didn’t want to cook. We rented a boat from Port Royale (highly recommend as well) for the week and we were able to dock the boat right on the dock. The dock was great to swim off and they had plenty of life jackets and kayaks to play with. The owners were very responsive, especially when we had some trouble with the air conditioner, they were on top of it and were able to get someone out there the next day to fix it. We will definitely make plans to come back.

Beautiful place

We had a great time at Stephanie’s place. The house is amazing, the kids enjoyed the rooms downstairs and my family could relax and have an amazing time gathered around the fire place, kitchen island and a big dinner table that fits everyone. Stephanie was very helpful when we needed her help. We will return for sure.

Christmas on Lake Lanier

Our stay was great. The house was clean and comfortable. Everything as promised and more. The host put a Christmas tree up upon request. But it was the little things like shampoo and soap in all the bathrooms. Clean quality towels for bathrooms and separate beach towels for a large clean hot tub we really enjoyed. Can't say enough about the house or the host. We would highly recommend

Clean, comfortable & very well appointed.

Cleanest VRBO I've ever stayed in, and so well stocked in the kitchen and everywhere! It was a BEAUTIFUL weekend to be out, but plenty comfortable to hang inside if it hadn't been, plus wonderful hot tub & air hockey table. We loved it, and the girls loved it. Beautiful decks were a perfect setting for a lake-side Sweet 16 Birthday dinner.

A Perfect Weekend

What a great property. We were in the area for a wedding at the White Laurel Estate and the location could not be more perfect. Not only were we 10 minutes from the venue but also 15 minutes from the Dawsonville outlet malls and restaurants. Close to everything but secluded from the world. The house was clean and we have no problems. Stephanie made the whole process very easy and responded quickly when contacted. The view from the decks was incredible with the fall foliage but I imagine it is just as beautiful any time of year. I would high recommend this property for those looking for a nice house that is private but not too far from civilization. I would also recommend it for groups where 2 master bedrooms are needed. The main level was spacious and nice but there was also almost a self contained living area on the bottom floor. Nothing but positives for this property.

Five starts! The perfect house on a quiet cove, plenty of space and minutes from everything

My family (5 adults & 2 teenagers) had a wonderful stay at this house! We loved everything about it, especially the common areas - great spaces inside & out to get together, with plenty of room to be off on your own for a quiet minute. The dining room table has plenty of seating in the sunny kitchen, and the spacious deck off the kitchen/living room area was perfect for a sunny afternoon, plenty of seating & beautiful view over quiet cove. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the pots, pans, silverware & glassware we needed, as well as several small appliances (blenders, coffee pots, etc). Beds were comfortable and plenty of towels/supplies in the bathrooms. The dock is probably the nicest I have ever seen, with sturdy table and chairs on both levels, and 4 comfortable lounges on the top level to take in the peace and quiet. My nieces enjoyed the fishing gear and kayaks provided. Unlike many homes on Lake Lanier, the walk to this dock was relatively flat (with a few steps down as the lake is so low this time of year), and very easy to navigate. This house has it all - peace and quiet but close to shopping, restaurants, etc. We really enjoyed walking around the neighborhood, as well as a trip out to the Monteluce winery near Dahlonega (about 30 minutes and well worth the trip!). The house was very clean, which can be a concern in some "pet-friendly" properties. Would definitely recommend this house - I hope we'll be back next fall!
