The award-winning high street, restaurants and seafront of Deal are nearby, while Sandwich, Canterbury, Dover Castle and the White Cliffs of Dover make excellent days out. Some of Kent’s finest beaches can be reached within approximately ten minutes by car.

Guests must not walk around the working farm unsupervised for safety and insurance reasons. A guided tour MAYBE available upon request.

This beautifully finished oak lodge combines countryside character with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The open-plan living area includes a king-size bed, sofa bed suitable for a child aged up to 14, television, Wi-Fi and a log-burning fire with an unlimited supply of wood and kindling.

The integrated kitchen is equipped for preparing meals, with complimentary tea and coffee provided. Guests also have a private bathroom, outdoor seating and a fully enclosed garden—ideal for relaxing with one dog. Private parking and electric-vehicle charging are available on site.

The lodge accommodates a maximum of two adults and one child, and only one pet is permitted per booking.

Travelling by car is recommended for making the most of the surrounding countryside and nearby coastal towns. The lodge has free private parking and a exterior 13amp socket so you can charge a car slowly.

Deal, Sandwich and the nearby beaches are within easy driving distance, while Canterbury, Dover, Ramsgate and Broadstairs can also be comfortably explored by car. Guests wishing to use public transport or taxis should check routes and availability before travelling.
