Good location near the sand dunes. Room was clean and comfortable. I would like to have had a coffeepot in my room and an outside sitting area near my door (there were some near other rooms.) The pool looked very clean and not many people in it. Restaurant for breakfast and saloon for lunch and dinner are right there on the property. The saloon had gluten-friendly items. We didn't go into the restaurant. Gas station/ convenient store right across the road.

A jewel in the middle of no where.. if you visit death valley.. you should schedule to stay here overnight.. swiming pool is nice.. but,,watching desert sunrice with surrounding tranquility was a great bonus.. a fantastic place..

Good place to stay for the price

There are only 3 hotels that are located inside Death Valley National Park. The Stovepipe Wells hotel was a good place to stay for the price. It was the most economical of the three hotels. The bed was comfortable. The A/C worked. And the room was clean. There was a breakfast buffet for under $20 with tip. The pool was clean and had a good supply of pool towels available.

Great staff. Great location. A nice property. Pool and misters are awesome. Breakfast buffet is nice and the price is reasonable but the coffee is weak. Saloon is really nice with a variety of offerings but a little expensive. Overall a great stay!

Comfortable stay in Death Valley

Stove Pipe is overseen by National Parks so the basic standard is good. There is a nice pool. Restaurant food is reasonable. Decent breakfast is 15 dollars plus tip. Company store sells soft drinks. Coffee and sandwiches. No coffee maker in room, limited coffee in Recepton. Room. Comfortable, clean and cool. Remember you are in the middle of nowhere. Car essential Stars lovely.

Really nice property and location. The room was great. There were areas of the property that were under construction. The pool had a lot of dead bugs floating in it so needed a little more care. I wish the restaurant or saloon was open a little later, especially since they have the exact same menu. Both closing at 9 pm is relatively early considering people may be coming back from excursions all day. Maybe have the saloon open later, I'm sure many people would stop in, even for just a drink.
