Very convenient location in CR park area. Extremely helpfull hotel staff, and food preparation is good and home like. The rooms & attached toilets were clean and huge in comparison to newer properties. Definitely for family visits.

The hotel was situated in a quiet residential neighborhood. The address they provided got you to the back of the property, so it was a bit difficult to find, especially at night. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. However, they had not changed the sheets in the bed between customers. After finding hair and spots in the bed upon first inspection, we asked the staff to change all the sheets. Which they did without complaints. Probably because they knew they had not done so before. Only made the bed with dirty bedding so as it would look fresh. We also had to ask for a second towel, even though we were two people in a double room. We did not try the food and only had coffee in the morning. Which the staff first asked us to pay for. After pointing out that we had a breakfast included deal they quickly relented on the extra charges. We travel a lot by metro in Delhi and found the location a bit hard/time consuming to reach. Overall it was not a hotel I would recommend. There are better options in the same price range.

Horrible hotel!

This place is trash! You will get hepatitis, AIDS, or both staying here! Practices are antiquated and the place is just dirty. The rooms are falling apart, walls are paper thin, you can hear full conversations next door, the bed didn't come with sheets and they were dirty when I asked for some. Under the bed is disgusting-very dirty littered with trash swept under it year over year. The floor was extremely dirty- you could feel the dirt when you walk barefoot. The tub was not fully installed so water leaked around the back of it. There was no shower curtain, toilet paper, towels. This hotel does not have the basics of even a hostel. The star rating should be -1 star. It is disgusting, dirty, nasty, noisy horrible place. My skin crawls just thinking about how dirty is was. The best thing about this hotel is leaving, running for your life! I cannot believe this hotel is even in existence. See pics for some fun that I experienced during my extremely brief stay.
