Nicely located hotel but needs upgrade. There was a roach in the light in the ceiling and the towels were dirty. The hotel staff is very nice. Needs to be upgraded desperately though

Simple hotel in a quiet location

Simple hotel. Whilst a little run down, it was clean and rooms were spacious. The staff were very hospitable and helpful. We were there in winter though and rooms just have A/C, so can be a little cold. Good Wifi connection.

Good hotel for a quick stay

Overall the hotel experience was positive. Clean rooms, helpful staff and moderate breakfast. However only issue was internet limit was 500mb per use, which was quite irritating to renew at the front desk. Overall, a place Iโ€™d choose to stay again at.

It is so bad in the hotel.I have lost all my money and bank cards and others cards and keys .I have checked the CCTV, the night before i lost all these,it is no CCTV,the CCTV has been closed .And the hotel people said because of low quality of camera.It is so funny .

A luxury after the mountains

Stayed here the last night of my India trekking vacation. Staff was friendly and helpful, but it was frustrating that they couldn't give me a working key-card at first so somebody had to let me back into my room every time I left it. Shower and bed were glorious. WiFi worked but was very slow and heavily filtered (no streaming video allowed, for example). Staff were great about arranging me a car and driver to see Delhi and then take me to the airport. Location is quiet but kind of out of the way; can't walk anywhere. Breakfast was good.

Good hotel, a bit far away from the city

This is a good hotel and quite good for its value. The staff are the best part of the hotel. Very helpful and I really appreciated the last call for breakfast, especially since it is difficult to get food nearby! My issue with the place is I never got one good hot shower, it was always either cold or luke warm - complained a few times but it didn't really help. Stayed for 2 nights (Feb 9 and 10)

Best value in Delhi

This is a very small hotel located in a very quiet area. Although it is a bit off the beaten path, taxi service (it is a bit far for tuk tuk) was quick to everything including the airport (20-25 minutes). Make sure you take one of their map direction cards though; most taxis will not know where it is from the address. The service is extremely good and all the staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel feels more like a bed and breakfast run by the owners, and everything has that personal touch. The room and bed are extremely comfortable, although heating/cooling was a minor annoyance (on any given day you would have either heat or cooling but not both). Food was cheap but tasty (only ate indian for supper) and the included breakfast was very good with an excellent omlette chef in the restaurant. The beer was the cheapest we had in two weeks. It was a little cool for the roof top garden, but it would be great on slightly warmer evenings, very green, and quiet. Highly recommend staying here.
