Built new and fully custom, Swiss Marmot sits just one mile from the heart of Glacier and 25 minutes from Mt. Baker Ski Area. Soaring vaulted ceilings, grand windows, and an open-concept main floor make it feel generous and light, the kind of house you immediately want to cook a big meal in and not leave for the evening.

Private and cedar-clad. Heat up, sweat it out, cool down in the mountain air. One of the only private saunas available near Mt. Baker. The sauna-to-hot-tub ritual alone is worth booking a night for.



♨️ Luxury Hot Tub

Private outdoor soak with mountain air all around. Follow the sauna here or use it solo, either way, post-ski or post-hike muscle recovery doesn't get better than this.



🔥 Wood-Burning Fireplace

A real wood-burning fireplace in the living room, not a gas insert. It heats the main floor on the coldest Glacier nights and creates the kind of atmosphere you came to the mountains for. The eight-seat custom dining table sits nearby, the natural place to end an adventure day.

A modern wrap-around kitchen with stainless appliances and serious counter space. Built for groups who actually cook. The layout keeps the chef in the conversation — open to the dining room and living area throughout.

Two king bedrooms, one queen bedroom, and an open loft with a queen bed. Three full bathrooms, two with bathtub/shower combos. Brand-new bed frames and mattresses throughout. Everyone gets proper rest.



The Outdoors

🌲 Wrap-Around Covered Deck

A spacious covered deck for morning coffee, evening wine, and everything in between. Weber grill and outdoor lounge seating included. The deck is the hub — sauna, hot tub, and backyard all flow from here.



🎯 Backyard + Lawn Games

A partially fenced backyard with cornhole and horseshoe sets. Landscaping ongoing — expect a natural mountain yard, not a manicured lawn. Plenty of space for kids or dogs to run.



⚡ Level 2 EV Charger

Charge overnight, leave with a full battery. Tesla owners please bring your adapter. One of very few Level 2 chargers available in the Glacier area.



🐾 Pet Friendly

2 Dogs welcome. Partially fenced yard (130' fence, not fully enclosed). Please review our pet policy before booking.



The Location

📍 1 mile to Glacier town center

Here you'll find restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and the National Forest Service Center (maps, trail info, permits). This is a rare location advantage, most Glacier rentals require driving everywhere.



🎿 25 minutes to Mt. Baker Ski Area World-record snowfall, skiing and snowboarding for all levels, snowshoeing, sledding, cross-country, and snowmobiling. Two on-mountain restaurants and a fully stocked ski shop.



Good to Know

📡 WiFi: Available throughout the home. Remote mountain location means speeds vary , download shows and playlists before you head up. Cell service improves near the ski area.



❄️ Weather & Access: AWD or 4WD strongly recommended in winter. Mountain weather is real and can change quickly, pack for all conditions.



🛒 Provisions: Stock up in Bellingham (~45 min) before arriving. Glacier has a handful of local spots, and you're a short walk to them, but for a full group shop, Bellingham is your best bet.



🐻 Wildlife: Mountain rainforest means mountain residents — bears, raccoons, bats, and more. Don't leave food outside and you'll have great stories without any incidents.

Your stay is located in Glacier Springs, a quiet, forested community near the North Fork Nooksack River — just 35 minutes from Mt. Baker Ski Area. It’s the perfect mix of peace, fresh mountain air, and easy access to outdoor adventure.



Enjoy morning walks under tall evergreens, listen to the nearby creek, or relax on your deck surrounded by nature. Wildlife sightings are common, and the neighborhood’s private roads are great for a quiet stroll or bike ride.
