Gorgeous, oversized one-level 5 bedroom home with 2 baths. Short walk 0.4 miles to Glendon Beach in Dennis Port. This house has been recently updated throughout with new kitchen and stainless steel appliances, bathrooms, hardwood floors, and an outdoor shower. It is an open floor plan with an oversized large family room with a 50" smart flatscreen TV. It has a large open eat-in kitchen that opens to the living room. The living room opens to a large private covered flagstone patio with a gas grill and outdoor picnic table. The yard is very large. After dinner sit by the outside fire pit and enjoy some s'mores. Take a stroll to many restaurants, bars or ice cream shops nearby within easy walking distance. Ocen House, Chapin's Fish & Chips, Swan River Seafood Restaurant & Fish Market, The Rooftop at Pelham House, Joey's pizza shop, Hotdog house are just a few of the many wonderful local restaurants.
Central AC, washer and dryer, new kitchen, and high-speed WiFi. We have a great neighborhood and we enjoy the walking distance to the beach.
