Welcome to Sea Shell Cottage. Lovingly renovated while still retaining the true Cape cottage. **You must bring linens and towels** Linens can be provided for a $25/bed linen fee, but must be requested before your stay. Central heat and air. Relax in the comfortable living room and cook some fabulous seafood or gourmet meal in the fully stocked brand new kitchen. Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktails on the beautiful patio with gas firepit table. Indoor fireplace not functional. One dog under 40 lbs. $100 wk/$50 wknds. Walk to Swan Pond for kayaking or canoeing. Minutes drive to quaint village of Dennisport and wonderful restaurants.

It’s the perfect small house for a couple. Had everything you need for a great vacation. We have been going to the Cape for many years and the location is near everything. Would highly recommend this property and Susan was wonderful to deal with and made it easy to relax and enjoy immediately.

Memorial Day Weekend Getaway

This cottage was very cute, clean and cozy. It was just what we needed for our long weekend trip to the Cape. If the weather was nicer, we would have probably enjoyed the outside patio a little more. However, the inside of the cottage was decorated very nicely giving you that Cape Cod vibe. The owner was very friendly, informative and helpful if we had any questions or concerns. We would highly recommend this place.
We enjoyed having our coffee every morning. There was a Keurig along with k-cups and all the necessities.
A beautifully displayed welcoming package with a handwritten note was waiting for us when we arrived.

Charming Getaway

This cottage was perfect for me, my wife, and 8-year-old granddaughter. It is suitable for small families or couples. Set in a rural neighborhood but within short distances of beaches, restaurants, and local activities. Well worth the stay and on our list when we come back.

Cape Cod Girls Get together

Spent three days at the cottage with a good friend from Florida who has never been to the Cape. It was a great experience. The cottage was clean and in a great location for everything Cape Cod. Hostess communicated well when we reached out with questions and everything was just as advertised in the listing. Will definitely return.

Anniversary Getaway

The cottage was adorable and perfect for a short stay. The Pond in the advertisement was not as close as it appears on the ad. We though it would be located behind the cottage but, it was down the block from the cottage. Other than that hanging in the yard with by the fire was very cozy. We all enjoyed the cottage and had a wonderful time in Cape Cod.
