This lovely little gem tucked into a picturesque and walkable neighborhood of tree-lined streets was the perfect fit for our short Denver visit. We loved its lush private garden, the lovely flowering vine landscaping, thoughtful touches and amenities throughout. The home itself is well appointed and beautifully cared for, fully expressing its historical charm without fussiness. The basement area was a delightful and comfortable surprise upon our arrival, which greatly increased the home's living space by two additional beds, living & dining area and full bath. We have been missing it ever since we left!

Family Visit

Great Location! The home was very clean and welcoming. Easy to access from airport. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. The Kitchen trash can lid does not work. The driveway was icy to walk on. We could have used some ice melt and snow shovel where the sun doesn't hit.

Nice Denver Property

Nice stay!

Owner was very communicative. Olave is immaculate love the 2 nice bedrooms one main level one Down stairs. Plenty of towels and such. Left us alone. Nice patio. No central ac but lord of small portable ac’s but that was the only negative. Very nice I’d stay again!

Great Location - Perfect Space

We had an amazing time over the Memorial Day weekend. The neighborhood was so beautiful and we did multiple walks to discover the gardens of Park Hill. We didn’t realize there was an outdoor grill and we were pleased to be able to do some bbq while at the property. Would definitely recommend the property to those needing multiple bed options and space.

Park Hill Holly House

This is a historic house located in the quiet South Park Hill neighborhood. It is well maintained and close to some wonderful restaurants and parks. We enjoyed our time there.

Anita is communicative and responsive. The house is very clean, and the back yard terrace is a private and relaxing outdoor space. The neighborhood is walkable with coffee shops, restaurants, parks, and bike paths nearby.

Perfect stay in Park Hill!

We had a great time staying at the house. Our dogs loved the backyard and the neighborhood was perfect for long walks. We enjoyed walking to nearby cafes and parks. The back porch was a great place to relax and have dinner. Anita was very kind and responsive. Perfect place to enjoy Denver!

South Park whole house

Great location, great neighborhood. The house is well situated in Denver, near City Park. The house can hold quite a few people. The kitchen is well stocked with things to make cooking easier. The backyard and deck are excellent features also. We’d be happy to stay here again.

Great stay

The house and location were perfect for our trip. My elderly in- laws stayed on the main level while my husband stayed in the well appointed basement. Enjoyed time on the beautiful back patio and the gorgeous weather.

Excellent experience

Our family, including grandparents and very young kids, stayed at the Holly House for a week and were incredibly happy with our experience. The bathrooms and bedrooms were stocked with everything we needed to be totally comfortable and feel at home. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook/bbq meals, and there were plenty of great restaurants within a walk or short drive. The best part was the beautiful back porch & yard -- perfect for relaxing and playing in the mornings and evenings. The fans and windows provided plenty of ventilation, so we didn't miss the AC. The owners provided a lot of useful information about the property and neighborhood in the house and responded quickly to questions during our stay. Many sights/parks/activities are within a 25-minute drive from this location. The property more than lived up to the description on the website. Thanks so much, Anita!

Wonderful time South Park Hill

We had a great week at South Park Hill. The house is super cute with plenty of space and the covered back patio was perfect for the hot summer nights. We absolutely loved the neighborhood. We went for a walk every day and walked in a different direction. One day we walked to get pizza and wine, another day we walked to ice cream, and yet another day we walked to philly cheesesteak! The house was very comfortable and all the necessary amenities. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely stay again.

Quiet Yet Close to the Action

This is a nice VRBO rental. The house was clean and fairly well appointed. We really liked the area as it was a very quiet and clean neighborhood with lots of character and it was a short Uber ride to all Denver has to offer. There is no a/c in the house, but we found that to be OK at this time of year with good ventilation through very nice (I believe recently replaced) windows and fans throughout the house. Thank you Anita. We had a good time.

We are very happy we stayed here at your charming bungalow. It was just down the street from JWU and was the perfect set up for us on this Anniversary trip! Very well equipped and comfortable, perfect for us. Anita tried hard to accommodate our needs with the listed propane grill after a hard winter, we were appreciative of her efforts. This was a very nice home! We found the bed comfortable, and the kitchen stoked with all the dishes and kitchen equipment we needed. We loved the windows and light in the dining room kitchen area. This home is in a quiet neighborhood, close to but NOT in downtown Denver.

Home sweet home

We stayed here twice now and both times it was great! Easy comfortable, well equipped. Great neighborhood. You can walk to a place for breakfast or pastry, Pizza, and a wine bar, and it is all in a quiet neighborhood.
