Horrible customer service

While the physical hotel was okay, the service was horrible. I followed to instructions to go out the west terminal of Denver Airport, door 501 and Island 3. I waited for the every 30 minutes shuttle and it never came. After an hour and 15 minutes, I begged a ride from the shuttle for Spark hotel and got a ride to them. They are next door to the Days Inn and I walked from the Spark. The people at the desk and on the phone just did not seem to care about the problem.

The website clearly says free round trip airport shuttle, in both amenities and about sections. But when I got to the hotel in the evening I was told there was a $10 fee for the return to the airport. Either the staff needs to be updated on the shuttle policy, or the website needs to be corrected to reflect a $10 return charge.

We appreciated the hotel emailing instructions to find the shuttle after landing from an 18 hour travel day, made it easy. Also sinking into a comfy bed helped us have a restful night to finish our travels home the next day. We will stay here again when flying.

Convenient to the airport. Staff at check out was great; staff at checkin was not very informative. I had to ask about breakfast, where and when and very little info was given about airport shuttle. Breakfast was not too good. The room itself was very good, except the refrigerator, which froze the item I put in there overnight. I wouldn't have thought to check on it....

It was a basic hotel. Old. The toilet ran all night and the shower didn’t work very well. Got a text from staff asking if we needed anything and they never responded. The girl at the front desk spoke so fast I couldn’t understand her and literally no exaggeration, was staring and picking her split ends the entire time I was in front of her except to check my ID and hand me the room key. I mean, it’s not the ritz but I’ve been a front desk person and worked other customer service jobs and that was ridiculous. It was clean enough and it was just for a night as it was close to the airport but I would not stay there again.

Shuttle isn’t free

I was a bit put out by the $10 airport shuttle to be honest. Was not made aware on the booking app and, as an airport hotel, it seems a bit out of line especially for a service that is shared across 4 properties.
