Everything was as it was described. My kids loved the ping pong table, it gave them something to do. The hot tub was a lovely way to unwind after a long day of exploring Denver. The home was in a very convenient area, close by anything you would need. The host was very nice and made sure we was settled in and wasn't needing anything and if everything was as expected. I would definitely recommend this home if you have a nice size group as there was 7 of us and plenty of room that we wasn't in each other's way. Would stay again if we ever return to Denver!!!

This house was the perfect fit for our little bachelorette weekend. We made a lot of use of the comfy orange couch downstairs to play games. Hot tub was nice for relaxing. Comfortably fit our group of 7, with enough room for each person to have their own private space, but also come together in group space.

Group event stay

Parth was an excellent communicator regarding the property and process. He was very accommodating for us and provided all of the necessary information. We had more than enough room for four adults and a toddler. We were comfortable and had no further needs. The location was good and easily accessible to the freeway system, stores and restaurants. It was a very good choice of place to stay in the Denver area for us!

Westminster treasure!

We comfortably slept 5 adults and 2 teenagers in this house. It is in a quiet area that is convenient to the Denver area and close to highways that lead to mountains and wilderness around Denver. The owner is accommodating and was responsive to our requests. We look forward to staying in this home again next time we are in the area.
