Very uncomfortable beds - you could feel the springs. Another customer even asked us in the elevator if ours were as bad as his. Also, no cinnamon rolls. Definitely not to the normal HI-Ex standard.

The lights were not working correctly in the room. The water for showers was cold, we spoke to front desk. They said they turned the boiler up but there was no improvement. The breakfast was not kept up with the amount of traffic.
