I reserved a room for my husband’s business trip, but since it was in my name, their strict, no exceptions policy, he was not allowed to check in. They called it a No Show. Nor did they refund the money for that night and I had to spend more than 2 hours of my time to get a refund on the second night. We will never stay with this hotel chain ever again.

I like that the staff is friendly and the area is quiet. Well mostly. I don't like that it takes a week to get your deposit back depending on your bank. Overall a good sized room with a stovetop for a decent price.

Worst hotel ive ever been to.

My room wasnt ready at all for me. My bed wasnt made there was no toilet paper or towels the room was by the looks of it compleatly distroyed the head board had a hole in it. Bathroom and vanity areas were still dirty. Floor wasnt vacumed. It was a total nightmare. And i was simply told by the night staff that the hotel didnt have any sheets for me. And nothing could be done until the next morning. Absolutly terrible customer service and a horrible hotel to stay in.

Literally the most disgusting place I have ever stayed. So bad in fact, that I am filling a complaint with the state board of health, Better Business Bureau, CO State Attorney General and Red Roof Inn corporate headquarters. Search the name of this hotel on YouTube and you'll find my video posted documenting the multitude of issues with this place, right down to the rat feces in my room and piles of dog crap in the walkway. It's my opinion that they make you initial and sign a 2 page agreement when you check in because they know that when you see how deplorable the rooms are they know you are going to ask for a refund and they will refuse. I watched this occur with another individual as I was arguing with management for a refund and to be released from the added days that I had booked. He had just checked in and returned to the office with pictures of the disgusting room they placed him in. The manager request that he and I go with another representative of the hotel to view rooms that were "deep cleaned" that day. Each room was equally filthy as the last. All with significant damage to the rooms and the heavy smell of smoke. It was so bad that the hotel representative can be heard on my video expressing how baffled she was that the manager could claim these rooms were deep cleaned. If you find that you are in disbelief of the conditions that I am describing, please do yourself a favor and ask to see your room before you sign anything!

When we showed up Expedia had oversold the rooms with two beds (no fault of the hotel at all!). However they gave us a room with a King bed and pull out mattress when we went to the room the key unlocked but it the deadbolt was in place and seemed like someone was already in the room. We decided between that, and the over all atmosphere of the hotel we were not going to spend the night. When we went to return the key/bedding for the room they said that since it was after 7 even though there was someone at the front desk still they couldn’t help us that night and to call in the morning.

Worst hotel ever

I've been traveling for work for 7 years and this is the biggest dump I've ever been to. Blood and cigarette burns on the sheets, bugs roaming around, bathroom wasn't cleaned, holes in the couches, missing remote and the entire room smells like urine and tobacco. Bunch of tweeters and street walkers roaming around the premises too This place is on par with Cecil hotel. Don't be fooled by how cheap it is or how nice the pictures look. The manager will refuse to refund you even if your room was on fire. Pay the extra money and go somewhere else or you'll regret it since they won't refund you. I'd give this place negative stars if I could. It should be demolished I have no idea how it's even open

No manager to check me in when I arrived. Courtesy telephone to use to call not working. Manager came, let me in, then left before making sure that I could get into my room. Card didn't work first 15 times I tried it. Left to try to find phone to call manager back. Came back, tried again, still didn't work. Walked around some more to see if the security guard who called for me first time was still available. Was not, but kudos to him and his assistance was the only good thing about the stay. I was ready to give up and just leave, but I decided to try it one more time, and another five or six tries finally got a green and I got in. Tried to check out in the morning during posted hours, no manager, and no way to drop the card off; no slot, box or what have you. Jammed card into door crack, shook the dust off my shoes and left. Room was filthy and had a lot of unrepaired damage, clearly some missing furnishings and of course the lack of a manger to talk to, as well. I could go on, but suffice it to say that I will never be staying at one of your properties again.

Walls were dirty, beds didn't have mattress covers, looked at the mattress and there was blood splatters from bed bugs, the floor wasn't clean, and the a/c vents were caked with dust and dirt. Will never come here again, and will definitely not recommend to anyone. Not even my worst enemy. There staff was no help at all either.
