Exterior in middle of remodel or repair, so workers walking outside your window during the day. Overpriced for area, and unlike the other hotels around you have to pay extra for parking, continental breakfast, etc. Main knocked at 8 AM on a Saturday to try and get me out of the room for the next guest (granted I didn't put up a do-not-distrub sign, but it was 8 AM on a Saturday!)

Great property adjacent to the Pena Train stop. They currently have construction goin on, but it did not hamper our stay in any way. Wish there had been a hot tub.

They were remodeling the outside with scaffolding all around the outside and we were told to keep the blinds closed if we don't want the workers looking inside our room. The main door into our room would not close properly, we had to slam it shut coming in and leaving it. I will NEVER stay there again!

Under construction & not very convenient

The hotel is currently under construction. The shuttle only stops at the west terminal of the airport which was not mentioned until we were on the shuttle. The shuttle also doesn’t run to the car rental area so u either Uber back to the hotel or from the car rental drop off, u take the rental car shuttle to the airport, then find the hotel shuttle to take u to the hotel.

The staff was absolutely amazing. After a rough day at the airport dealing with an overnight delay, the staff were welcoming and sympathetic to our situation. With no baggage at all, they made sure we had the necessities for self care. Hyatt came through for my daughter and I when we needed them. Thank you Hyatt family.
