Worst place, I ever stayed the whole entire time. We were harassed by staff. I asked for a microwave to be replaced or fixed, they kept telling us they'll make a note about it. The whole 10 days were there. We had no microwave, flooded, clogged sink and no not one time did they stop to ask if we needed towels or anything else we had to go to the front desk every time.

Main lobby had an odor that was unpleasant. The breakfast was barely average. Room was dated and needed cosmetic updates at a bare minimum. Bedding and sheets were clean, but TV remotes (we had 3 rooms between the group) and 1 of the TVs didn't work. Towels had obvious stains. Bathrooms need immediate updating and service (including ALL grout-work)

Breakfast was good. We had 2 cars no problem. Safe close to room. We thought we only needed 1 day then another and another thay were so nice. Then we check out only to come back that night. And again the next night. No problem. With the nightmare we had trying get our business done in town. It was so nice not to have to worry about where to stay. Arrival at the office is nice. Nicely remodeled lobby and breakfast area. The rooms left much to be desired! Moldy grout, tub not draining well. Dirty stains on tables. TV screen was burned out. Towel with dried blood stain. Great motel for budget conscious folks. Not what I expected from the advertising photos. Bed was adequate, pillows nice. Old and worn out would be the overall appearance to me. Need better cleaners for sure.

I was locked out of my room so I was not able to get my things until the next day at 11am. ended up having to go somewhere else and I need a refund because I was unable to stay there for the night. There was no hot water, the room was dirty and the privacy curtain was damaged. very terrible experience and not at all impressed with the business and how they treat their customers and how little they cared about providing a clean and comfortable place to stay. The employees do not look like they are appreciated and therefor why should they provide exceelent service if they are not even treated well either. This company needs to do better!
