This recently finished basement suite boasts over 900 square feet of modern luxury. You'll have your own private entrance with a key code generated just for your stay.

With our 2 fully furnished bedrooms, featuring a king, a queen and a twin bed, you'll have all the sleeping space you need. Have a larger family or traveling with more friends? No problem! There is a full/queen pull out couch with a plush memory foam topper for extra comfort, and a raised height queen air mattress available! Have a baby? No problem there either, we have a pack n play available upon request. Each bedroom has blackout blinds and a 32" flat-screen Smart TV with access to Netflix, YouTube, Hulu and other Smart TV options. All beds have a brand new mattress with a mattress protector (don't worry, you won't notice it) and fresh, clean sheets, just for you, topped with a down alternative comforter and plenty of fluffy pillows.

Now let's not forget the kitchen! You have your own full kitchen featuring a fridge with ice and water dispenser on the door, a stove and oven as well as a large sink and dishwasher. There is plenty of counter space, including a bar area with 2 gorgeous stools. This spot can easily double as a work space if needed. The kitchen comes fully furnished with all you could need; service for 8, plus plastic for the little ones, pots, pans, bowls and storage containers. Even wine glasses!

A Keurig coffee maker is ready to help you start your morning with premium coffee, creamer and sweeteners, as well as tea and hot chocolate. Paper towels, dishwashing and dishwasher soap will be provided. You'll have a toaster, blender and a microwave as well. The kitchen will also be stocked with bottled water and various snacks.

There is a table for 4, in addition to the counter seating. This is situated in front of a gorgeous wall mounted fireplace! The living room has a sectional couch (featuring a pull out bed) with eye catching throw pillows for you to relax on, a sleek entertainment cabinet with a built-in deluxe fireplace, below a 55" Smart TV, which includes all the options as the bedrooms.
Fast Wi-Fi is also included!

There is a cabinet full of board games if you want to take a tech break.

The bathroom showcases a beautiful marble topped vanity and large mirror. Basic necessities always stocked. The shower is full size and the hot water is limitless! There is even a hair dryer at your disposal. We'll have lots of clean, fluffy towels and washcloths ready for your specific number of guests!

We've thought of virtually everything to make your stay comfortable so you can come and relax after a long day of travel, work or play.

The whole space is for you! The private entrance area will lead you to your dedicated space. Along the way, there will be additional doors leading to our garage, living space and a couple closets. These doors will be locked. Everything down the stairs will be accessible to you.

Construction was done with guests in mind, feel free to laugh, sing and play loud music without fear of disturbing us upstairs.
The apartment has its own HVAC system, separate from the one for the main house, so the same air isn't being circulated between the 2 spaces.
Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited and will result in additional cleaning fees of a minimum of $250.
Smoking outside is acceptable. Cigarettes or 420 ok.
A washer and dryer are available to use upon request. Laundry soap available for purchase.
3 guests are included in the base price. Each additional guest incurs a $15 per person, per night charge.
All guests must be included on the reservation prior to arrival.
Any guests not listed on the reservation are considered trespassing.
Should guests not on the reservation wish to stay at the property, it will be at the sole discretion of management, and if approved to stay, these additional guests will be charged at double the normal extra guest rate.
If you are staying 5 nights or longer and would like a fresh set of sheets, towels, or anything else, just let us know!
