Paikkamme on valtava 3 vuodetta ja 2 kylpyhuonetta, tilaa 2000 neliömetriä. Se sijaitsee Capitol Hillin sydämessä. Se on hyvin lähellä monia Denverin paikallisia aktiviteetteja: eläintarha, stadionit, kasvitieteellinen puutarha, keskusta, kongressikeskus. Se on erittäin kiireinen osa tapahtumassa olevaa naapurustoa. Paljon baareja, ravintoloita ja kauppoja kaupunkityylillä. Old Mansion tekee siitä tunteen ainutlaatuisen ja mukavan. Täydellinen suuremmille ryhmille, perheille tai vain yhdelle portille!
Tämä huoneistohotelli sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Ogden-teatteri. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa asiakkaille esimerkiksi porealtaan ja pyykinpesutilat. Huoneistossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön muun muassa ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

Very clean and it has everything you need. The vibe is fun with the decor. I realize some things aren’t controlled by the property owners but there a few things that were unpleasant. As soon as we arrived and we’re trying to figure out how to enter the property we were approached by an aggressive homeless person and she banged on our car windows to try to get a handout. (it’s an area with quite a few homeless) it is in building with a few other apartments, and the neighbors were loud late into the night and we could hear talking and their movements. There was a sewage odor.

We had a little issue accessing the front gate but got that resolved quickly. The hosts are responsive and the house was great. Roomy and well stocked. The Christmas decor was a nice touch too. All in all an enjoyable stay.

The unit was very clean, which I appreciated, but overall the experience was disappointing. The layout is strange — the primary bathroom has a clear plexiglass shower that faces a Papa John’s and nearby apartments, creating serious privacy concerns. The bathroom also had extremely thin toilet paper that was practically unusable.Climate control was frustrating. The unit was overly warm when we arrived, but after opening doors to cool it down, it became too cold. The fireplace was unsafe to operate, and the bedroom ceiling fan only works if you keep the light on all night.The neighborhood felt sketchy at first, with several unhoused individuals nearby. Most seemed harmless, but I did encounter people openly using drugs while walking my dog. Cannabis fumes from surrounding units were constant and strong inside the rental.The biggest issue was communication. The owner stopped responding when I tried to resolve a service animal fee and later took hours or days to reply about other issues. VRBO had to intervene to get a response.While the place was clean, it wasn’t as described online, and the lack of communication made for a stressful stay. I wouldn’t recommend it unless significant improvements are made.

Convenient Local, Cleaning Issue

First, the location is nice if you want easy access to restaurants, bars, shops, and tourist attractions. Parking info shared in the check-in instructions wasn’t accurate, but check-in was otherwise easy. The house wasn’t very clean, even for short-term rental standards. The floors were especially grimy, and some of the bedding was dirty and/or stained. There was old food and a lot of ants on the floor in the kitchen. One of the showers has windows on two exterior walls that begin at about knee level and allow people outside to see into it. Unless you’re an exhibitionist, I wouldn’t plan on having two showers. This would be a 5-star rental if management added privacy to the second shower and ensured better cleaning between guests.

Spacious and comfortable place

The unit is in a building with other rentals and is generally quiet and comfortable. Easy to access and in a walkable area with restaurants and entertainment nearby. The interior was spacious, comfortable, and outfitted with everything we needed. A nearby liquor store parking lot was active at night, but it was mostly not an issue.

It should be brought to everyone’s attention that the master bath shower has windows with zero privacy. The 2 other rooms have zero a/c or air flow. There are ants both on the patio & in the kitchen.

Not bad, but not great

The apartment is spacious, and features contemporary furnishings as pictured. We enjoyed our stay in Denver and the host was responsive and phenomenal. The apartment itself doesn’t for the luxury title. Much of the leather furniture was cracked or damaged, the fireplace had missing bricks, an outlet did not have a cover on it, the jacuzzi tub did not work, the refrigerator didn’t work, the freezer kept things at refrigerator temperature (yes I checked the settings, it was as cold as it would go), and the granite countertop had a chunk out of it and a rather large crack. The apartment appeared clean, but our socks were quickly black in the bottom from walking around, it needed a good mopping. The neighborhood itself is the biggest drawback. Parking was hard to find, there were a lot of individuals loitering around at all hours, we witnessed multiple arrests in the Papa John’s parking lot and corner of Colfax/Marion. One morning there were multiple cars with broken windows by morning due to break ins. Security on the apartment wasn’t up to par. There were three locked doors to get in, but the first was easily opened by reaching through a gate, the second was often propped open. We made the best of our stay, but would find a different place next time around.

Never Again

The host for this property was unresponsive to my request for compensation after there was no security throughout the night, water leaked from the ceiling fixtures, and the bathtub jacuzzi tub not working. The area is sketchy and unsafe to park at night. 3 locked doors to get in, yet the doors were propped open for partygoers all night.

Denver get away

Stayed at this lovely space with my son and his dog. The location was perfect and the apartment was everything we needed. Easy to walk to everything. The apartment is well appointed. No central a/c but there are 2 wall units that cooled enough. The owner was amazing and instructions for check in/out were clear and easy. I would definitely stay again

City Park West, Denver

The rental was nice for young 30' somethings and was the perfect get away to have family together for the Xmas Holiday. Close to many activities and venues to enjoy. It has a nice layout with plenty of living space to host a small group. The Xmas decorations was a nice extra touch! The dishwasher was not working and due to the holiday and missed communications(not hosts fault), was not dealt with during our stay. I'm sure it will be ok for the next guests. Enjoyed our time there and would recommend to others as a nice place to stay.
