Sportsfans Paradise! Dog Friendly/Outdoor Kitchen

The basement has been refinished into a complete Boston themed sports. We are not exaggerating when we say, this basement is wicked awesome! Pool table, wet bar, huge TV, and a large poker table! I cannot imagine a cooler spot to watch your favorite game.

The entire house is appointed with high end 'll feel like you are staying in a 5-star hotel!

Bringing the dog? No worries, the backyard is fully fenced!

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Summer Trip

Good location and clean. But the AC in the house doesn't work well. I'm glad you had fans in the bedrooms or it would've been a bad nights sleep. No fans any other place in the house. No WIFI connection was given which was a little inconvenience. Basement where the entertainment was had a couple of things we couldn't use due to worn out or no material at all. We managed with what we had. Good place to stay for conveniences.

10/10 Best home rental experience

From the moment we booked, this has been an incredible experience. The communication from management was clear and prompt. Easy access to the home, which is absolutely spotless. Plenty of linens, comfortable beds, all the kitchen necessities, a great grill on the patio, and of course the downstairs bar area which was perfect for watching March Madness games while playing pool or shuffleboard. The little touches made a big difference, like the laundry pods, makeup towels, and Aveda hair and body products. The neighborhood is quiet, with easy access to downtown and has grocery stores and restaurants nearby. The Boston themed basement was just icing on the cake for our New England family! I almost hate to review because I want to keep this place all to myself whenever we travel to Denver. By far, this was the best home that we have rented.

Well designed and spacious home

This home has something for everyone, including pets. Starting with a large open living, dining and kitchen that would please any cook to a large master bedroom with a remodeled bathroom, this house has it all. The basement is a game lovers paradise and the back porch and fenced yard are perfect for people with dogs or kids. It was incredibly clean and the hosts were great. We will definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect. You should charge more! It’s worth it. 10 min from downtown. I’ve rented in Denver a few times and would love to use this house exclusively. I felt safe. Great neighborhood (unlike downtown Denver) yuck. Great decor and extras.

Fun for all

Great basement and patio. Nice open kitchen, living room and eating space. Room for everyone and lots of things to stay engaged as a family without needing an iPhone taped to everyone’s hand. Very fun, nicely decorated and just off the highway making it easy to get places.

Lots to do when u get back from exploring Colorado

House was very clean with open floor plan working great for family breakfast..loved the patio and fire pit at nights..great location near cherry creek..like others have said, the star of the show is the basement. Shuffleboard table is a very nice regulation size Olhausen brand. Nice TV for the game, and another tv at the bar…loved going back and forth between pool, shuffleboard, and golden tee. Fridge on the patio and in basement was convenient. Water pressure in showers was very strong, and nice to have 3 separate showers. I am now spoiled and every other Vrbo I stay at will be boring compared to this one.

Great Hangout Place

This house was one of the best I have ever stayed at through a rental app. The basement is the coolest hangout spot ever, we spent almost all of our time down there! The only knock I have, is that the photos in the listing showed an extra couch in the basement, that was not there. We were planning on using it as a sleeping spot, so we had to go buy an air mattress. Overall though, this place is an absolute GEM. ,
