A/C worked. Beds were uncomfortable, room was somewhat dirty, and took an hour for check in. I don't recommend this hotel at all. It's right off the highway so it is so loud! Motorcycles and trucks taking off right at the light down below were blaring into the night. Good luck sleeping. Room gave me the creeps since it wasn't cleaned really good, and the lady at the front desk said they were way behind. You could tell they rushed through everything. No shampoo and conditioner, coffee pot etc because it's an extended stay I guess? Doesn't have a blow dryer. No little store to buy stuff if you forget something. Just not a place i would ever recommend to anyone. Does not have the comforts of home even in the slightest. Very unprofessional. Never again.

This is an economy property, I was a bit surprised at the lack of anything to support the kitchen that comes with the room. If you've stayed here before, then you won't be disappointed. If you're expecting cookware, plates, silverware, apparently you have to buy a dish pack for these items. The check-in was flawless and quick. The receptionist was friendly and very informative. Property is in very good shape, walls a bit thin so hoping that there won't be noise to interrupt sleep.

Not even remotely comfortable, but staff friendly

Room was freezing cold, everything seemed extremely cheap, quality was absolutely bare minimum. Not comfortable at all, more just a place to crash with a roof over your head. The light in my first room would not turn off. I had to call the front desk around 11:30 at night to switch rooms. And then the next room the light also was messed up! For a while it also would not turn off until I was able to basically short out the switch on the wall by tweaking it into a specific position. Guests were locked out of the front door late at night and no one could get into the building until we called and a staff member came to unlock the door.

Really the worst experience ever. We had to check out early and they refused to refund (we had a reservation for 4 weeks). Expedia got involved and they refunded. But then they told us the entire stay was cancelled and we had to pay cash for the time we did stay (we insisted on a receipt). And they then again debited our card with the same “cash amount. We called HQ and they confirmed it was a mistake but to speak to the manager. Extremely dishonest. They clean rooms maybe every 2 weeks, No utensils. Noisy, very unsafe and hard to get hold of front desk or any staff for that matter. I wish I could give it a 0 star
