Booked in night before an early flight. Interacted with bar , restaurant reception ( several times)EVERY ONE I spoke to was patient courteous friendly and professional. Dissapointed at check in. Told earlier on call that i could park car for 3 days @£10 per night. Parked car and then reception said no we couldnt park car...wven though i had a spot. Had to then book in airport at higher cost than planned..not a good advertisement for the hotel !

The room was clean and spacious, just a rather grotty shower curtain and some mould around bath let it down. The flow of the shower was very poor. However, it's in a convenient spot for checking in baggage at the terminal.
