Employees couldn’t handle any issues. Couldn’t find me in system. 3 couples in line before me either couldn’t get in room, found old food laying in room, or found unclean conditions. I asked to cancel my room as I didn’t feel safe.

This it a Homeless shelter, not a hotel

There’s nothing good about this hotel. I am not even exaggerating. Dirty walls, dirty floors, hair all over the bedsheets, no house keeping. You cannot call this a hotel. This is a homeless shelter

My room was trashed it was never cleaned up before assigning me to that roomi foubd 12 dirty opended condom wrapers and bodily fluids on the beddings and theres blood on all beddings the window been broken where u cant lock it and can be opened feom outsideq

went to check in no front desk had to go to another hotel to check in at super 8 it took half hour for them to find one of 2 rooms i booked never found 2nd room. this place looked like a homeless shelter with drug dealing and usage at entry doors. we had to find another hotel at over twice the price. eill never use super 8 or hotels.com again. not happy

My room was cancelled at last minute by general manager. Place was a run down hotel, manager told me that just looking at me and my kids, we wouldnt want to stay there. I appreciate that but never got refund for a room i never cancelled

Worst hotel I have ever experienced.

Absolutely awful. Arrived to check in and there was no front desk. Was then told by a resident that the next door hotel “sometimes” checks in guests for Super 8 too. Then went to that front desk only to be told they had “no reservation” for me and to “leave now.” Receptionist Tina was one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. Was told by another guest that his bed didn’t even have sheets/blankets, and that his key card stopped working so he couldn’t even gather his belongings. This facility is in complete disrepair and should not be open to the public. Atrocious “service” and facility.

It is very disappointing that’s refund is not available as when I was trying to check in the way me/other customers were treated at checking in was not very professional. For me I was told that there were no rooms available. I told the lady that i paid in advance for 2 nights and that there better be a room available for me. After standing there for over half an hour I finally got keys to a room. Upon checking the room it smelled like pee, there were no pillow cases on the pillows and there were bugs all over the pillows. I went back to the lobby to return the keys and ask for a refund but there was a line of customers (10-15) going all the way back to the door snd there was nobody at the counter; I was told the lady checking in people simply walked out. So I did find another expensive hotel ($308/night!!!). The next morning I went back to the hotel to return the keys and showed proof that I stayed somewhere else. Needless to say I will probably never stay at a super 8 again and the $50 coupon Travelocity offeref does not come close to the extra money I had to pay to stay at a clean hotel. And, I will probably not use Travelocity again. I have other options for booking hotels. Thank you

Very sketchy area in general. This property shares a parking lot with a Baymont Inn. The directions to the front desk of the Super 8 led us to an area with a front desk that looked abandoned. No staff anywhere to be seen and no signage of where to look for someone.

I showed up at the property, there was a stack of someone's belongings outside of a window on the ground. There was a couple with 4 big dogs sitting on the ledges to go into the hotel. There was no one at the check in desk, no phone nothing looking like a real desk no one on the property to check you in. A gentleman that was staying there told me if I was checking in I needed to go to the hotel at the top of the hill and call the number listed there (a Baymont). I told him I had smelled mildew/mold and I was extremely allergic to mold/mildew and could not stay there. I drove up the hill there was a white desk area with a telephone number of 515-705-5732. I called that number 2 times with no answer. Then I called expedia to explain the situation. I gave the telephone number that was on the sign on the registration desk for her to call. She called two times with no answer and said she would keep trying to call and get hold of the manager because of the mold/mildew smell and my allergies to get a refund and I would be sent an email regarding a refund. I do not have email on my phone so when i got home on Tuesday I saw the email that they could not get hold of the manager and I would not get a refund for the 4 days I was to stay there with my daughter. I took pictures of the outside of the hotel showing the conditions and the people sitting with there dogs. I am a Wyndham rewards member for several years and I have stayed at a variety of your hotels.

I didn't stay at all,no tv in the room when I went into the room,.It had a terrible odor.I stood at the counter area waiting about 30 minutes before I was able to confirm my reservation. Because there were other unhappy guest trying to get checked in, and there were no clean rooms.So,that was my first red flag.After letting them know there was no tv in the room,they offered to give me the one they had in there room.I accepted, but after going back to the room I couldn't stand the horrible smell, and there was no towels, or tissue in the bathroom. So,I decided to leave. And went to the front desk to chekout

Check in is actually at the Baymont Inn. Room was missing desk chair, ice bucket, drinking glasses, pillow cases. They finally moved me to a room in the adjacent Baymont Inn. It was missing towels. I was brought one well-worn towel which had holes in it. Internet is down for the second day. Breakfast wasn't ready at 6 o"clock. People staying there helped get the plates and bowls out and chairs down.
