There are chimes on the sliding doors to the pools, please do not remove them or tamper with them.

By booking this reservation, you agree to all policies, terms, and conditions throughout this listing.

Pets are $175 per pet per reservation. If you stay is over 7 days additional fees may apply.

Maximum nighttime occupancy – 10
*Do not exceed the number of guests on your reservation at any time during your stay.

-If you have more than 8 guests, there will be $25 per guest, per night, with a maximum of 10 guests at any time

*We have an outdoor motion activated ring doorbell, one is located outside the front door.

No parties or events.

No smoking indoors. Outdoor ok but please throw away cigarette butts.

Quiet Hours are 10pm - 8am.

No outdoor music or other devices that produce or reproduce sound during quiet hours.

POOL & SPA HEAT: We provide free spa heat, but If you`d like the pool heated, there is a daily fee.. If you stay for 28+ days we will collect a deposit instead of a daily fee.

Heating the pool is $85/day and requires a 2 day minimum. (must be requested at least 24 hours in advance).

Pool heat is pre-heated 24 hours before* your arrival and it maintains heat from 7AM - 7PM, which would be perfectly warm through the night

If you are staying for 28+ nights we take a deposit for pool heat and return what wasn’t used at the end of your stay.

Pet fees will apply but will increase if you are staying 10+ days.

Guests are liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges should damage occur during occupancy.

Please report accidental damage as soon as it occurs so we can assess and minimize the extent of the damages. To report accidental damage, please message the host.

**By City of Desert Hot Springs Ordinance, the following are required to rent a short term rental in the city:

1. Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.

2. Responsible party (primary renter) is required to sign a short term rental agreement (contract) and submit a copy of government issued ID before check-in. This contract may be provided prior to booking if requested.

3. Trash must be kept in the provided receptacle out of public view.

4. Quiet Hours are 10pm - 8am. No outdoor music or other devices that produce or reproduce sound during quiet hours.

5. Parking is limited to driveway and the curb directly in front of the property. This is a Desert Hot Springs law for Short Term Rentals and you may be towed.


DAMAGE INSURANCE FEE: All reservations are subject to an $89 Damage Protection Fee, which covers accidental damages incurred during the stay. This fee safeguards guests against additional charges for qualifying damages, providing a streamlined and worry-free experience.

Guests who cancel within the applicable cancellation window will receive a full refund, minus any transaction or processing fees charged by payment platforms or software providers.

All bookings made during Coachella, Stagecoach or other festivals will require a $500 refundable deposit.
