Front desk staff were extremely friendly & helpful, however, the hotel is run down, outdated, and just gross. The pillow situation is the worst I’ve ever encountered. Pretty sure they ordered the pillows from Temu & then cut them in half. They legit give you half a pillow. Lol. It’s really bad. Filled with cotton balls, too. The beds are rock hard. The walls are extremely thin and you can hear EVERYTHING outside your door and above you if you’re on the ground floor. Bathroom was very old and run down. Not something you would want to shower in. The alarm clock had to be 30 years old. Dirty and broken, but still on the nightstand. Go figure. Lol. Airport shuttle arrived on time so that was great. Although, he dropped us off at the parking garage of the airport instead of our terminal. SMH. Can’t make it up. Lol. Their elevator was broken. I’d spend the extra $50 and stay at the Embassy Suites next door, next time.

First the Good: Front desk staff was very pleasant. Now the not good: Angry custodian, not pleasant at all! Elevator broke. No TV guide, so you had to search, peck and hope to eventually find a channel you wanted. Based on the dope smells entering the room, I questioned whether or not the room had been cleaned prior to my arrival. TP holder broken. Heating unit on the fritz. Thankfully only there for 15 hours, never to return.

I booked a room with 2 beds for 85 dollars per night, we arrived at 7 pm and left at 6 am, the receptionist told me to give my visa and ID card, I didn't pay attention to the payment, then I realized that the bill was only 85 dollars but she charged 135 dollars from my credit card, I don't understand why, I need an explanation from the hotel management...

A well worn hotel in need of a makeover. Elevators not working so if you can’t navigate stairs, give it a hard pass. It was a good place to overnight, close to airport with shuttle operating every 30 minutes to DTW. It worked for me but a more discerning person would have problems with it.
