THERE WERE ROACHES!!! We listened to kids running up and down the hallway. We heard a guest shouting demands for a refund, yelling "call the Southfield Police!!". Guests had dogs-- big ones. Bulldogs: these weren't support or service animals. An absolute abomination.

Check in lady was rude...felt like u was bithering her as i checked in... also there was$100 deposit which i was unawre of... booked on hotel.com so mayne not the hotels fault but still annoying.... from 9pm till 2am there was a mma match between 10 ppl above us... honestly have no idea what else it could have been.. when checking out the next day the cops were there because of a seperate incident...

We stayed here for 2 nights, during which we were inundated with the smell of weed as soon as we entered the building, we heard multiple domestic disputes, the building itself is a long term rental facility for residents that we were not informed of until we checked in. We were provided a single roll of toilet paper and only 2 towels, when we went to request more toilet paper we were told they were out. Residents did not follow quiet time rules.

There was no key to the room so we were told to call the desk to lock up each time we wanted to leave the room. There was no water or handles for the bathroom shower.

To be honest the hotel is under construction but they allowing all pets to stay as long as they desire . Rooms are updated but TV aren’t smart nor is the staff . A lot of low life’s stay there or be present @ the sight

This has been the worst experience i have had at a hotel. When i checked in, i was not greeted and the person who was at the desk did not know what to do. Residents kept coming down cause their key did not work. One person came down three times in a matter 15 minutes. Once the receptionist got to me, my reservation could not be found and my card was charged twice. Once I finally got to my room, it smelled funny. Things look dingy and nasty. There were bugs on the bed and I killed two roaches. I was only there for maybe an hour. When i was checking out the reception just took my room key and said oh you are good……i had a reservation for two days and left the first night within an hour of checking in. I asked about my refund, the receptionist was very rude and did not even ask why i was leaving. It was like i was bothering the receptionist. This was the most disgusting experience I have an ever had. And they had the nerve to charge a 100 dollar deposit. Just awful
