Unsafe neighborhood, sketchy residents, grimy room, worn furniture. Staff was good and accommodating, but because of the aforementioned we didn't stay even to eat the food we brought.

We ended up not staying. We didn't feel safe in that area. We didn't feel comfortable parking our car overnight for fear of vandalism. Then the guests we saw were not the kind of people we wanted our children around. Things were dingy and worn in the lobby. Same with the room. Even with it being non refundable we didn't even want to stay long enough to eat the food we bought in the room. The staff was fine. Nice and accomodating. Our decision not to stay was mainly due to the hotel being in a bad neighborhood.
This property is very old and outdated and nothing like the photos depicted. It’s more like a small apartment building where the rooms are almost entirely occupied with people living there and the lobby is a communal hang out for the residents. The toilet in our room backed up after one flush and they sent a maintenance man/ resident to fix it and he made a mess to which when asked about it he replied it’s just water. The next day we were given another room only after calling the front desk to complain about the same issue. Even then that room ls lights wouldn’t turn on and the next room only half the lights worked but we settled for that because we had an early flight and just wanted to rest. Oh the towels were more like car shams. Horrible experience and we’d never stay again or recommend.
Room was filthy, walked in and had to turn around the hallway smelled like bo and cigarettes. People where yelling staff did refund me no issues buy stay away from this place. Very out dated the pictures are false advertisement as it might of looked like that 10 years ago

It was dirty and I left. I did not sleep in the dirty bed. I would like my money back.
Our room was dirt. Granddaughters socks were black after 10 minutes, towels were small and dingy. Asked to be on first floor ended up on 4th and I am handicapped. No ice machine on 4th floor and pop machine broke
