Very short staffed. Very dirty fitness room. Room I stayed was clean upon arrival. Wasn't serviced till day before my 5 day trip ended. Breakfast was ok for free breakfast, coffee tasted burnt everyday.

The breakfast wasn't as good as reviews made it seem to be but had a lot of options. The toilet seat needed fixed it kept moving, that's my only real complaint. I'm sure if i said something it would've been taken care though. Pool was like bath water, so warm and nice!

We were in town for a family party that started at 2pm. I called and asked if an early check in was available so that we could head directly to room after party. They said yes at noon. When I arrived at noon they had no rooms available for early check in and said to come back between 1 and 2pm. 2pm was the party and was 40min away. We had to leave without checking in and still had to check in after at 7pm. Had I known I couldn't actually check in I coyld have gone directly to party and saved myself 40 minutes of drive time. Other than that, everything was great. Kids had a great time in the pool and breakfast, though it ended a bit early, had alot of opinions and was refilled often.

Great Room

The stay was amazing, clean, location, safety and breakfast bar was ok....they should offer a turkey option for those who don't eat pork. The stay was excellent minus the rude housekeeper.I did have to clean hair and old soap up, but it's ok I always clean. She needs to stay at home or have another customer service training day! The housekeeper manager was amazing too. Stay here and you'll be ok!
