Wow, this was the worst hotel experience I’ve had in my life. The hotel was dirty and felt unsafe. All night long a TV in a nearby room was blasting. Additionally, in the same room, a dog was barking uncontrollably. Regardless, I was still able to get to sleep. When I woke up, the dog was still barking in the early morning. When I brought this to the attention of the desk attendant he told me it was impossible that a dog was in a nearby room since it “wasn’t allowed.” When I asked to receive a refund for the next four days I had booked since I couldn’t justify staying, I was told I’d only receive a refund for 3 of the 5 nights I booked. Almost 2 weeks later, I’m still calling asking for a refund and each time, I’m told they will call me back. At some point, if I’m unable to resolve this issue I’ll reach out to their HQ, which seems so unnecessary based on a missed opportunity to apologize and seek to rectify the situation.
