It probably was one of the cleanest, friendliest hotel we have been to for a while (like 2020 or earlier). It is a very fancy hotel with bell boys and valet parking due to construction work going on in the parking lot. I'm kind of a more simpler type of person but really no complaints about the red carpet type of a place. They all cooed over our dog. We truly enjoyed our stay there.
