Very, very unprofessional when I got there, the digital staff was more courteous than the actual staff. I walked in. No one came to the front counter at 3 PM after waiting a whole hour for someone was understandable but then I went to the and someone came immediately. I got my it was very disgusting room. I paid for it was supposed to have a sofa. This one did not then the lady came of being a liar and put us out the room with the police in front of my two children and I have a whole medical condition with my eyes. We only can see half in one eye

Had trouble with the smell and the TV in the first room so she moved me to a new room with no issues. I always stay in this hotel when I'm in the area! Highly recommended

This has been the worst stay I’ve had since traveling for my work (last 6 years). There are no live humans working on site. I had to check in with a kiosk. Each night, I got in late due to work and each night, my key card stopped working. I had to get a new card….using the kiosk. So I was trapped in the “hotel” vestibule, each night….a single female in an unknown neighborhood with men looming in the parking lot. There are no amenities in the room (no hair dryer, to, hangers, not enough towels, etc.). The tv menu pages do not work. They were all linked to the “transportation page.” My “free” wifi did not work my 2nd night and I didn’t meet a work deadline because I could not connect. My room was never cleaned while I was there and I wonder if it was before. The filter in the bathroom is fuzzy, my bedspread had stains and there was a bag from a previous client under my bed. The hopping spider I had to kill was the highlight.

The front desk closes at 5pm and we were there before that. And then you have to use a kiosk in the lobby to complete check in. Tje room itself is nice, with exception of the heat. The heat was at 59 degrees and took forever to get warm. We were instructed to turn heat fan on low, and wait 15-20 min for it to get warm as well as there was a supposed motion sensor. It took over an hour to move from 59 to 64 Ridiculous. It’s 16 degrees outside.

This place is unsafe I was harassed while staying here. The bugs was out of control. There was roaches in the room, nets and bedbugs. It was a bug galore reminded me of Joey’s apartment the movie. Please stay far away from this hotel.

Only had 1 small floor towel and 2 face towels, no big towels. I’m 5’3 so I don’t need a large towel but it wasn’t even big enough for me. They should’ve had a few big towels-bare minimum. Tried to call at 6-7pm once we realized before we went out-to shower before. No help, kept getting told they were coming in 10-20min but waited over an hour before they told us no one was there to even bring us towels. Had support call my personal cell and accuse us of calling her a nasty name-100% didn’t, barely could hear her anyways. Got a refund but man-what’s the point of a hotel if I can’t shower before I go out downtown Detroit.

Worst experience. Had to check in with a Kiosk, no one available in front lobby for almost the entire 4 day stay. TV had no remote thus didn't function. Had a kitchen, but no kitchen items, no towels in room, burn hole in the sheet, broken back door so you couldn’t enter. Our key card didn’t work on second and fourth days, we had to use the kiosk to get new key cards printed twice. Sticky room floor. Flashing light on the smoke alarm flashed constantly. Hallways, lobby, and elevator, all reeked of weed. No hangers. Only 1 small soap and tiny shampoo in bathroom. No hairdryer. No coffee pot in room. Loud, noisy especially weekend nights No Services!

This hotel, although the rooms look new attracts, what seems to be a poverty level guest. Guest are strung out, load l, obnoxious at all hours of the nights. There is no one at the front desk ever, the public areas are filthy. The check in process although is cool is lengthy and inefficient as those on the other end are carrying on conversations with colleagues instead of focusing on checking guest in.
