Staff was completely unprofessional and lied to me an my fiance. No front desk support AT ALL. The entire hotel smelled like a dirty diaper. The elevator conveniently got turned off by the front desk worker as we were trying to cart our things to the 3rd floor because the police were there. Worst hotel experience I've ever had.

The place felt extremely unsafe. After a certain time there is absolutely no staff on the premises. There are several people that live there and have full run if the property while there is no staff. It's loud and unsettling during these times. I would not recommend for a single woman or one traveling with children. Upon arrival they didn't have the ability to make a key to enter the room for some time. Although the staff while there was nice it didn't make up for what was endured during the evening.

There was a full size fridge and mini electric stove and microwave in the room with lots of shelving and drawer space. I found it odd that there wasn't a blow dryer though. The staff was friendly and the place was pretty quiet. I only stayed one night for a business conference. I would stay again. The price was right.

This property served me very well, the staff was very pleasant, very informative and welcoming. As if you were entering an actual home. The ladies are awesome here and accommodating. It’s quiet, right next to meijer if you need to make a quick run as well. If you ever need some down time or whatever revolves you needing a space momentarily to lay , don’t hesitate keep this place in mind.

The wall between rooms are so thin and cheap So I was not able to sleep consecutive three nights due to the noise of the nest rooms or the room under me. Honestly, it was one of the worst room I have ever stayed.

The room was cheap, and i liked the small kitchen in the room. The staff was the rudest group I've ever seen. At check in, a family was checking in before me. The counter lady yelled at the little kids who were looking at the board games they have sitting out. Then the son asked a question about check out time and she snapped at him "check out is 11. And I'm talking to the dad." She also asked them if theres a muslim holiday, which felt odd I was ready to cancel my reservation and leave, but didn't want to deal with that headache. So I'll just never stay at this place again, and i really hope others avoid it as well.

Everyone was courteous, helpful, the room was clean, a great night sleep, accepted my dog, there was an issue with another guest and their dog but it was handled promptly. If staying for a period of time, it would be great with full size refrigerator, sink, one burner stove.
