The property is owned by a British family and use it as their second home. The apartment has been decorated with high quality furniture and shipped from London. It’s not a corporate let therefore you will find it like a family home. The property is suitable for both young children and disabled because there is a modern lift. There is also a generator which is operated straight away if there is a power failure. Amongst three bedrooms two of them are en suite and next to third bedroom there is a common bathroom. All the bathrooms and kitchen have provisions for both hot and cold water.

The entire property is centrally air conditioned so if you visit Dhaka even in the hot summer months you will feel comfortable. The location of the apartment is at the corner plot and it is also Lake front so you will get plenty of lights and fresh air. There is 24hours concierge and caretaker for any further assistance.
