The house accommodates 12 guests distributed across 4 spacious bedrooms, conceived for contemplation, calm, and comfort.

👩‍🍳 To ensure attentive and worry-free service, your reservation includes a housekeeping service (applies only for stays of more than three nights). She will be at the house for 3 to 4 hours per day, ensuring personalized attention and a spotless environment throughout your stay. If the stay is fewer than three nights, housekeeping is available at an additional cost (COP $100,000 / USD $25 per day).

🧺 For groups larger than six (6) guests, it is necessary to request an additional housekeeper who will cook exclusively for you and your guests (breakfast and lunch only), ensuring impeccable service so you and your companions can simply relax and enjoy. If you prefer a specialized private chef, we can help find the perfect option for you at an additional cost.

🏖️ We want you to enjoy a smooth experience from the very beginning, which is why your reservation (applies for stays of at least three nights and for a maximum of six guests) includes the beach club condominium entrance fee. The entrance fee is COP $45,000 per person (approximately USD $12). Children under 7 years old do not pay. This fee grants access to the club’s common areas and ensures an exclusive beachfront experience.

From the very first moment, this house welcomes you with its gentle energy and natural aesthetic. Wake up to the sounds of the jungle, practice yoga with the morning light, and allow the day to unfold without rush.

🔌 Important: Palomino is a rural area where power outages may occur from time to time. The house does not have a generator or backup system, so during these events some services (such as air conditioning or Wi-Fi) may be temporarily affected.

⚠️ Important: The house is located in a quiet, family-oriented condominium, so parties or loud events are not allowed. If you are planning a celebration, please write to us and we will guide you to a property better suited for that purpose.

Guest access
Once the reservation is confirmed, you will have exclusive use of the entire property and access to the condominium’s common areas, for you and your previously registered guests.

The property has direct access from the Troncal Caribe (National Route 90) and is strategically located to explore the natural treasures of the region: the Palomino River, Tayrona National Park, and the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta mountains.

✨ Services included in your reservation with a minimum stay of three (3) nights:
➜ Condominium entrance fee for a maximum of six (6) guests.
➜ First housekeeping service – cleaning for 3 to 4 hours per day.

⚠️ It is mandatory to register all guests of the reservation in our Guest App, in compliance with Colombian Law 2068 of 2020 from the Ministry of Tourism. Each guest must upload a photo of their identification document and complete the requested information in the form. This process is essential to authorize access to the property and ensure compliance with current legal and security regulations. Without this registration, entry will not be permitted.
