The cottage sits in a historically rich area known for its artistic and musical heritage. In the 1960s, the Union of Armenian Composers acquired land here, and legendary composers such as Arno Babajanyan, Avet Terteryan, Shostakovich, Benjamin Britten, and Ghazaros Saryan had cottages nearby. Today, the atmosphere remains calm, creative, and deeply inspiring.
