Inside, natural light fills the townhome thanks to its west-facing design and vaulted ceilings. The living room features a cozy gas fireplace, comfortable seating, and direct access to the patio overlooking the reservoir. The full kitchen is ready for anything from casual snacks to family dinners, complete with a breakfast bar, dining nook, and large dining table.
When it’s time to unwind, the upper level offers a spacious master queen suite with vaulted ceilings and a private ensuite bathroom. On the lower level, two full bedrooms share a full hallway bath with a tub/shower combo. With a thoughtful layout, plenty of gathering space, and a fantastic Dillon location, Centennial Townhome is a wonderful choice for your next Colorado getaway.
Other amenities include parking for up to two vehicles, highspeed internet and private laundry. Plus, all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens.
