Summit Ski Chalet on suuri yksityinen koti. Kauniit näkymät suurista ikkunoista. Se on kaiken keskeinen asia. Yksityinen poreallas ja suuri erä. Hyvä paikka viihdyttää hauskaa ryhmää. Tämä 5 makuuhuoneen, 5 kylpyammeen nukkuu 15. Kaunis laatta graniitti keittiö ruostumattomalla laitteilla. Päätason ruokailutilan istuimet 6. Taulu, nahkasohvat, QSS ja kaasutakka molemmissa olohuoneissa. Suuri kääri kannelle. Patio, jossa on suuri yksityinen poreallas. Ilmainen WiFi ja kaapeli. Pääkerroksessa makuuhuoneessa on kuningas. Alle 5 minuuttia supermarket, REI, urheiluvälineet, hiihto- ja lumilautailuvuokraus, puistot, ravintolat ja kaksi panimoa. Kesällä se on alle 5 minuuttia uudelle 8 miljoonan dollarin Dillon-amfiteatterille, jossa esitellään kesäkuusta syyskuuhun, tai Dillon Marina, jossa on moottorivene, purjevene, kajakki, SUP-vuokrat ja järvenrannikon baari. Joka kesä perjantai järven varrella kävelee viljelijän markkinoita. Nauti Dillonin puistoista, leikkipaikoista ja järvenrannasta. Talvella se vain 10 minuuttia Keystone, 20 minuuttia Arapahoe Basin, 25 minuuttia Copper Mountain tai Breckenridge ja 35 minuuttia Vail. Loistava paikka perheen tai ystävien yhdistämiseen.

This place was fantastic, and the management was very communicative. Would stay here again. Super cozy home with a lovely fireplace located in a nice quiet neighborhood for walking the dog, but also still centrally located not too far from the interstate. I like how the house had lots of cooking utensils, pots and pans, spices and seasonings, etc, for making meals.
Our little dog loved relaxing by the glass front doors!

I know they were upfront about the stairs but the stairs are uneven, steep and rickety, the stairs and deck need a lot of maintenance. Once inside it was clean and comfortable though. Lots of room.

Great cabin in Dillon!

Very comfortable house in a quiet neighborhood perfect for a weekend ski trip with some friends. A short drive to multiple resorts. The wrap around deck has amazing views of the mountains. Would stay again!

Excellent Stay for Labor Day!

Our weekend at this lovely property was great. The listing is spot on with the description and everything was very neat and clean. We were very impressed with the hot tub and the quiet community. Easy walk to Lake Dillon and the amphitheater. Everything was perfect!

Great Central Location for a Mountain Trip

We had a great experience at this house in Dillon. The residence is conveniently located minutes from major roadways and amenities such as groceries and an REI. Perfect spot for access to many of Colorado’s ski resorts. You’ll want 4WD in the winter and accessibility may be an issue for some due to the steep stairs to get to the house.

Nice place for a summer mt biking get-away

This property had everything we needed—and the hot tub was definitely a bonus. Just a heads-up, if you bring a dog you will have to go up or down a flight of stairs to take it out. It’s also a big flight of stairs from the parking spot to the main entrance when unloading and loading your car.

The location is great....easy access to everything. My only complaint is we don't remember seeing in the description that this house is on a well. We only got that notification a few days before our stay. Every shower, dishwashing, and laundry felt like it needed to be planned and the fear of running out of water with 6 people was ever present. We didn't ever run out, but it was an annoying concern on vacation. Overall, great stay! Good communication with rental agency.

we had no hot water the first day and night which was unpleasant. The house is outdated, needs some TLC, floor boards in the stairs leading to the entrance are loose, don't walk barefoot on the deck. The downstairs King bed is hard as a rock to sleep on, about the only good things about this place, it had a great hot tub and the location was ideal, I would not stay here again.

Family Get Away

The house was clean and close to what we needed. I would agree with prior review, the deck sways a lot and could use some tic. Disappointed that the jacuzzi water was green and was not useable. If you offer that then it should be taken care off and cleaned regularly. Other than that it fit our needs.

The bedrooms were comfortable, the living room and fireplace were cozy, and we enjoyed being together in the open kitchen -dining room. The hot tub was terrific!!!There were a few issues with the dishwasher and coffee pot. Both need to be replaced or repaired. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary cooking equipment. We would definitely rent again!

One quick note- lots of stairs to navigate, which was tough for my older pup who was dealing with a bad shoulder. I had to carry her up and down the stairs to get to the yard and to the car. But once Summit Resort Group learned of her illness/injury - they went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and supported.

The wraparound porch and downstairs porch had plenty of seating and the view was amazing. The location was great for concerts or farmer's mkt and good fo getting out to Breckenridge or silverthorne. Nice grocery store about 1/4 mile away. The only negative was no screens on windows. With no AC, opening windows is a must and in the evening we did have flying bugs come in.

Board games for evenings. Really enjoyed the hot tub outside in the snow. Our family dog had plenty of space to run in the backyard (fyi not fenced). Be very careful on the winter roads by the house- definitely drive the longer way that the leasing office tells you to. 15 minute drive to Copper Mtn and less than 5 mins to grocery, bakery, liquor stores, bowling etc... it was great! Will definitely stay again!!
