Classic cozy, family-friendly flat. It offers everything you need to enjoy your holiday pampered by the sun.
On your way back from the beach, enjoy the sunset from the outdoor tiny terrace and experience the true atmosphere of the Lake.
Two bedrooms apartment of approximately 65 sqm located on the ground floor in a courtyard for shared use. Fully equipped kitchen in the living area at the entrance, with sofa and French window with partial Lake view. Large bathroom with shower. Master bedroom with double bed and second bedroom with bunk beds.
Private outdoor little terrace in the common use courtyard with partial Lake view.
The position slightly set back from the beach keeps the flat cool even on summer days, but requires a few extra steps outside to enjoy the full lake view. From the little terrace outside you can see the lake about 50 meters away.
Ideal for a family or a group of 4, it can also accommodate a baby bed (up to 3 years old).
