Room was elegantly designed with really useful spaces. We had 4 massive checked bags (35 KG each) and the closet area accommodated them nicely (not unpacked). The staff were each exceptional and seemed to actually care about what you may want, anticipate your needs and offer help before you ask. Very disappointed in the hotel, whom didn’t accommodate a significant issue, where they state that the hotel is air conditioned but they don’t actual turn on the air conditioning until May and we caught a warm April week and spent 3 sleepless nights because the room was a sauna. They say the rooms don’t have individual cooling , it’s all one system . I asked them to compensate us for the inconvenience but when Expedia called them to apply a credit , they refuse to acknowledge the email and calls from Expedia . Extremely disappointing for a Hyatt
