The whole home is yours! There is a locked shed out back and a locked cabinets in the garage for owner use.

Spend your days boating, fishing, snowmobiling, skiing, or swimming nearby, then return to your cabin to fire up the grill or gather around the firepit under a starry sky.

Inside, you’ll find plenty of ways to connect and unwind. Challenge your friends to ping pong tournaments in the garage, relive the classics on the Pac-Man arcade table, hop on the Wii for a game of tennis or simply relax in the cozy living room. The fully stocked kitchen makes mealtime easy, whether you’re whipping up a quick breakfast or hosting a barbecue on the deck.

Unwind in the spacious master suite, complete with a plush king bed and private bathroom featuring a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom offers a cozy queen bed, ideal for couples or friends. The third bedroom is designed with flexibility in mind — a twin-over-full bunk bed that’s perfect for kids, teens, or extra guests. Each room is thoughtfully furnished to ensure everyone has a comfortable place to rest after a day of adventure.

As with many cabins in rural areas, internet service can sometimes be slow or spotty. We make every effort to keep Wi-Fi available and in working order; however, service interruptions may occur and are outside of our control. Please note that refunds cannot be issued due to Wi-Fi or internet connectivity issues.


Part of the charm of staying in the mountains is being surrounded by nature and changing seasons. While we strive to maintain a comfortable environment, we are not responsible for natural occurrences such as fires, smoke, algae blooms, fluctuating lake levels, lack of snow, excess snow, seasonal changes, temperature variations, power outages, rain, mud, or ice. Additionally, wildlife and insects (including mosquitos, ants, spiders, bats, deer, bears, mice, and other animals) are part of the natural setting. Although we do our best to minimize their presence, encounters are sometimes unavoidable. Refunds will not be provided for any of these circumstances.

Please note that for stays exceeding 29 nights, Idaho law requires that we must obtain a lease from you before hosting your stay.

Our company policy also dictates that stays exceeding 29 nights require an extra cleaning every 29 days. This will be billed at the cost of an additional cleaning fee. These extra cleanings help keep our home an enjoyable place for all renters and really help our cleaning crews at the time of checkout. Please keep these policies in mind if booking a long term stay.

Any unauthorized pet will be charged $250.

A late checkout fee of $50 will be charged after 15 minutes late. An additional $50 will be charged every 30 minute increment after that.

There is no cable TV, but there are many apps that can be logged into.
