This charming 90 m² house in Douarnenez, less than a kilometre from the beach, can accommodate up to 4 people. It comprises a pretty 35 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower). Wifi (fibre optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!

First floor
- 35 m² living room, with TV, sofas, dining area, etc.
- Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

Second floor
- Bedroom 2 : with a king-size bed (180×200)
- Bedroom 3 : with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

Outside:
- A 25 m³ terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
- A second 6 m² terrace.

The house is ideally located in Douarnenez, in very pleasant surroundings. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Visit the port and the museum
- Several walking and cycling routes

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in front of the house's garage.
Bikes can be stored in the garage.
