Important Note on Room Usage:
"To provide the best value, we open bedrooms based on the number of guests (1 bedroom per 2 guests). No matter the group size, you will always have exclusive access to the entire villa and all common areas—we never share the space with other parties."

Security Deposit: Although we wouldn't like to, we keep a small cash deposit of 5k during check in just to ensure the place is respected & return it promptly upon check out if it is so.
