You'll have the pleasure of enjoying the entire Casa during your stay.

Dive into relaxation with our shared pool, open from April to October, welcoming you from 8 AM to 8 PM daily. Just remember, while you're making a splash, it's important to swim at your own pace and enjoy every moment. Safety first – there's no lifeguard on duty, so dive in and enjoy responsibly!

Getting Around:

The path into the property is unpaved and has a flattened caliche road so please keep this in mind when planning your transportation.

Reservation Agreement:
As a property management company, Lodgewell provides a separate reservation agreement via email for your digital signature. This agreement complements Airbnb's terms by clearly outlining our rules and expectations specific to this property and owner. If you'd like to review it in advance, please let us know, and we'll happily share a copy.

Road Access:
Please be aware that our property is located off the beaten path, accessible via an unpaved caliche road. We recommend using an SUV or truck for ease of access, as low-clearance vehicles may encounter difficulty.

Phone Signal:
La Fortuna offers an ideal opportunity to disconnect, as there is no phone signal on the property. However, WiFi is available at the bathhouse if needed.

WIFI signal - There is limited satellite WIFI dependent on the weather.

Natural Environment:
Our rural property is surrounded by nature, including various wildlife such as scorpions, crickets, spiders, snakes, and others. While staying in a tipi, it's essential to be mindful of the environment. We recommend keeping lights off when not in use to minimize attracting wildlife.

Dark Skies:
To preserve the natural beauty of the Hill Country's dark skies, we have limited lighting on the property. Guests are encouraged to bring flashlights or headlamps for their convenience.

Pets:
We welcome pets for an additional fee, but please note that we do not allow cats at this time. Kindly review our rules on traveling with dogs before bringing your furry friend. Pet fee of $25 per pet, per night.

Liability Waiver:
By staying in our tipis and on our property, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with rural and nature-based accommodations. You agree to hold the owner harmless and assume full responsibility for any accidents or injuries incurred during your stay. Please ensure all members of your party understand and agree to these terms.

Interaction with Guests:
We won't be available in person
You will have the entire home to yourself and/or your group joining with you on your reservation however if you do need to reach us during your stay our staff is available to you by text during your stay.
