This 180 square meter villa, 30 minutes to Stockholm by public transport, 4 minutes by car or bus to the nearest shopping center with free parking outside the house dates from 1780. The house has a modern feel and has been newly renovated in parts with a basement spa and a new bathroom. Nice back garden with terrace. Golf and lake swimming.
