The hotel is dirty and the linen was disgusting with thread bear blankets and bugs in the room. We have stayed at travel lodge on our road tour of Canada but this was the worst. The staff were very nice

The property is a great location along the river, close to walking paths and the Rotary Splash Park and World's Largest Dinosaur and quick drive to the museum. The bridge construction did impact traffic around the motel, but it was manageable and did not impact the quality of our stay. The property is a bit dated, however, our room was very clean with an newer bathroom.

It's overpriced for the amount that we paid especially when they don't include a hot breakfast with a place to enjoy it. The rooms are in need of repairs and upgrades in order to be comparable to other properties.

I would NOT recommend staying here - we had to pack up and leave in the middle of the night after discovering stained sheets and bugs (not bedbugs thankfully). The staff was understanding and treated us fairly but tears in the window coverings and a falling-apart lamp shade are all things that can be fixed.

This is pretty typical older motel. Bed was comfy enough and everything worked as it should. Yes it’s a little dated, but clean and perfect for a pitstop for the night. The riverside view was amazing!

Travelodge was run down. A few updates had been made in the bathroom, but that's it. Coverlet was stained and had to be exchanged for a new one. Room was musty. Accommodation was sketchy. Best part was the Happy Belly Grill & Bar next door. Highly recommend them for great mango chicken, burgers, etc.

Hotel was ok. Big sign as we entered about being short staffed. Which to me tells me to not expect much in services at this place. We also saw sign telling us to ask for daily service if we wanted it. We asked for service to our room. But only received towels. Nothing else. Breakfast was ok as they did have fresh apples. Yogurt! Most of the choices were pancakes muffins and cereal! Again wasn’t expecting much. Will prob stay somewhere else next year.

Please update your blankets, sheets and flooring. Had to grab a car air freshener to cover up the odor. The blanket was falling apart when Inbetween two sheets - video as evidence. My children were disgusted by the feeling of the blanket, that they insisted on sleeping with their blankets from the car. It felt like velvet curtain - that has been washed - and all the little fussy pieces are falling apart. Not to mention the burn marks from previous smokers.

the hotel was comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. AC in room was a bit loud and did not cool the room very well. Breakfast was a standard continental breakfast. Overall it was a safe clean place to stay

I understand checking is for we showed up at 3 PM on our motorcycles. Walked in and said we’re checking in lady says no check ins for I said well the room is ready. She goes. Oh yes $15 if you want to check in early. Never in my life have I ever got to a hotel and had to pay $15 for early check-in when the room has been ready I guess I’ll be staying elsewhere. Next time I come through town.
