Before your arrival you must email or whatsapp us a photo of all passports and the full Names of all guests. At the security in the lobby of the building you must show passports to be let in. On your apartment door you must enter your key code (will be given to you before check-in day) and press #. On the table in the apartment you will find your access card for parking, building front door, gym and swimming pool.
public transport: comming form the Dubai International Airport (DXB) you take the metro direction Expo 2020 and leave at Sobha Realty and take the tram direction Al Sufouh and get out at Mina Seyahi. Then walk back 60 meters, cross the road and trun left and you are right in front of Marina Crown tower.
