This stylish one-bedroom apartment is located in the prestigious Azizi Riviera 39, in the heart of Meydan, Dubai. With a capacity to accommodate up to 3 people, the apartment spans 47 square meters and is situated on the 10th floor, offering breathtaking views of the city, canal, and pool from the balcony.
- The bedroom is equipped with a cozy queen bed, complete with bed linens and extra pillows and blankets, ensuring ultimate comfort.
- The living room includes a sofabed, a smart TV with Netflix for entertainment, and a dining table that seats 4. The balcony is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the stunning cityscape.
- The apartment features a modern, fully-equipped kitchen with all the essentials, including a refrigerator, gas stove, kettle, microwave, coffee machine, oven, wine glasses, toaster, and even a dishwasher, making meal preparation a breeze. The full bathroom comes with a shower, toilet, cleaning products, soap, and hot water, catering to all your hygiene needs.
- For laundry, you'll find a washing machine, dryer, hangers, and a drying rack. The apartment also includes air conditioning, WiFi, room darkening shades, and an iron for added convenience.
- Safety is a top priority, with features such as a fire extinguisher, smoke detectors, a carbon monoxide detector, and a first aid kit. Smoking is strictly prohibited, ensuring a clean and healthy environment for all guests.
