This place is hazardous and a scam. The pictures are misleading and the beds have bedbugs. The showers don’t work. The “boss” or supervisor is a con artist. We were promised a refund for 4 of the 7 days we booked with them. We left on the second day but they said as a penalty they will take payment for 3 out of the 7 days. We were dissatisfied with the hotel but we needed to leave immediately to find a working shower. We got a better hotel elsewhere but only a few days after they told Expedia that they would refund us 4 days, they are now stating they won’t be refunding anything to us. This means we’ve paid for 2 hotels during our 1 week stay in Dubai. This hotel isn’t even worth 1 star and it’s overpriced. Stay away from it. I’ve reported this to Expedia and they are conducting an investigation into this motel.
