The compound is very quiet and peaceful, full of colorful flowers and will make you feel very disconnected from the hustle and bustle of busy downtown Dubai, while still being right in the centre.



Facilities include a mall called Souk Al Bahar connected to the compound, that has supermarket, restaurants, gym, pharmacy, bars and restaurants. There is access to a beautiful pool surrounded by palm trees just under the building.



Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need, with a toaster, kettle, nespresso machine, serving plates, oven plates and a lot more, allowing you to cook a full meal if you chose to.

The apartment also comes with a parking space with direct lift access to the property.

Please note: Check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 PM (noon). A photocopy of all guests' passports and visas is required before check-in, and a check-in form must be signed upon arrival. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, with a fine of AED 500. Lost access cards will incur a fine of AED 500, and lost keys will result in a AED 200 fine.
