Great location, easy to get on and off the palm. Pool area was ok. We booked an executive room which was sadly practically under bar fly which has loud music playing until 12am-1ish weekdays and 2am-3am weekends. If you like your sleep, ensure your room is located on the other side. Nice executive lounge serving afternoon tea and happy hour daily. Good clean hotel, nothing spectacular but a guaranteed safe option.

Very good overall

We liked the location and the private beach, even though there were far too many tourist yachts passing within about 50 metres to the beach. Saturday night music was bit excessive well into 2-3am can be heard clearly in level 3 sea view room. Buffet was below expectations but they offer credit at any onsite restaurant if you book half board and don’t like buffet.

Really great resort with great service, the helped us with amnieties acces even after our check-out as our flught was late during the night. The morning buffet was great, lots of choices. Good value Dubai 5 star

Decent hotel for the Dubai price point. Lots of restaurants and bars and easy access to west beach area Half board was good value Club lounge opening was a little early at 5-7. They tried to charge after but no one stays The pool area is a little small for size of hotel and hence overcrowded. Beds also face in wrong direction and in shade. Sizeable beach area was the decent alternative option If staying on club floor ask to avoid rooms in corners as they have cramped balcony and no view from the room itself (probably same on all floors ??). Rooms themselves were good

Great time here at Hilton Dubai Palm Jumairah. Staff are all so friendly and welcoming, especially Martha VD and Nur from the Executive lounge and Edmon Moboen Biohya from housekeeping. Thank you all for a wonderful vacation!

Excellent place stare of the art

Beautiful place well situated very friendly I recommend to take HB and to eat dinner at the buffet There is coffee machines at the room The only thing to improve is to have inside warm pool.
