The hotel itself is stunning, but what truly sets it apart is the exceptional staff who consistently go above and beyond to make every guest feel valued. Check-in was seamless thanks to the friendly and efficient front desk team, and throughout my stay, I was continually impressed by the attentiveness and care shown by everyone on staff. Whether I had questions, needed recommendations, or required assistance, they were always ready to help with genuine smiles and a willingness to go the extra mile. A special shout-out to the amazing security team—they were always present, polite, and made me feel safe and well looked after at all times. Their discreet professionalism does not go unnoticed.
