My stay at the hotel was great. Although its not really walkable to the sites you might want to see--IT is located near the Red Line (10 minute walk) which is super convenient. The hotel was ok, but was disappointed when we checked out, as I was told by the receptionist that we had a mini bar bill in our room, when we never wven touched nor took anything in the fridge / mini bar. We were in a hurry tonleave for the airport, we did not have time to argue with the receptionist. I think the person who went to checked our room had something to do with it. Very disappointed, as it would have been very positive with our stay at the hotel, but at the end, we lost trust. We would not stay at the hotel again when we go back in the future as we do not want to be charge something we do not use again.

The hotel has a nice reception area and a convenient location, and the room itself was spacious with a comfortable bed. However, the bathroom clearly needs refurbishment and felt quite worn down. While breakfast offered a good variety of food, it was disappointing that only coffee from a thermos was available—no espresso or freshly prepared coffee, which is not what one would expect from a five-star property. During my stay, the hotel hosted a very loud group of students, which significantly affected the atmosphere and made it feel closer to a youth hostel than a premium hotel. The gym and spa were adequate but not modern or state of the art. The pool area was fine, though quite noisy due to its proximity to a large street. Overall, the hotel does not deliver a true five-star experience, particularly in terms of amenities and service orientation—with the notable exception of Rachel at breakfast, who stood out positively.
